10. When the cutting edge is broken during drilling, there may be hard spots in the workpiece material or the feed is too fast, the drilling speed is not properly selected, and there is no simultaneous cutting during drilling;
11. The drilling hole diameter is too large, which may be due to the unequal half angle of the drill bit or the deviation of the static point, the deviation of the spindle, etc.;
12. Only one chip is discharged during drilling, which may be due to the fact that the two cutting edges are not equal in length or the top half angle of the drilling is not equal;
13. A squeaking sound is produced during drilling, which may be due to improper drilling or passivation of the drill bit;
14. Abnormal changes in the properties of the chip during drilling may be caused by passivation or crushing of the trimming edge.
